Pricing questions
How much does Luz AIbox cost?
The Pro model is $368 USD as a one-time hardware purchase. The Enterprise edition is custom-priced based on volume and deployment needs.
Do I need a subscription?
The hardware itself does not require a subscription for basic functionality, and every unit ships with starter credits so you can try the full feature set immediately. When credits run out you can buy a monthly plan, a one-time top-up, or keep using the local runtime features.
How are credits consumed?
Credits are consumed according to token usage when your agent makes cloud LLM calls. Different models have different rates, and you can monitor usage in your account dashboard.
Do monthly plans roll over?
No. Monthly plans expire at the end of the month. If you want credits that stay valid longer, choose a one-time top-up, which is valid for 365 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. For enterprise bulk orders, contact our sales team to arrange payment terms.
Are there shipping or customs costs?
