Business inquiries are answered within one business day. Support requests are handled in the order received.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. Enterprise orders start at 10 units, with volume pricing and quarterly billing available. The enterprise page covers minimum order, deployment and SLA terms.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, to over 100 countries and regions. Shipping is calculated by destination and weight at checkout, and any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
What is your return policy?
7-day no-questions-asked returns on products in original condition, with complete packaging and not activated. Custom products are not eligible, and the buyer pays return shipping except for defective items.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. Enterprise customers can arrange payment terms with our sales team.
