2.3 Product Usage Information

During operation, Luz AIbox hardware may collect device status, system logs and error reports for product improvement and troubleshooting;
Your conversations with the AI Agent are stored on the local device by default and are not uploaded to our servers unless you actively enable cloud sync;
Records of cloud LLM calls (call time, model type, credits consumed) may be logged for billing and service optimisation.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Completing transactions: processing your order, payment, shipment and after-sales service;
Providing services: activating your product, managing your credit plans, providing technical support;
Improving products: analysing usage data to optimise features, performance and user experience;
Security: detecting and preventing fraud, abuse and security threats;
