Private cloud deployment for AIbox
Keep agent model traffic inside cloud endpoints you control, instead of the shared default. Available on the Enterprise edition, from 10 units.
What private cloud means here
On the shared default, AIbox routes agent model calls through Luztrend’s shared cloud. With private cloud deployment, you point the agent runtime at your own cloud endpoints instead, so model traffic stays inside infrastructure you control.
Your endpoints, not ours
The agent runtime is configured to call cloud endpoints that you provide and administer. Luztrend does not need to be the traffic path for model calls.
Enterprise edition only
Private cloud deployment is part of the Enterprise edition. The minimum order is 10 units, and pricing is quoted per project rather than published as a list.
Same hardware
The appliance itself is unchanged. Private cloud is a runtime configuration of the agent box, not a different product SKU.

The difference is where model traffic goes, not what the box can do.

What this page does not cover
Private cloud deployment depends on your own cloud environment, so the following are scoped with you during the sales process rather than stated here as fixed terms:
- Which cloud provider and region your endpoints run in.
- Where your data is stored and for how long.
- Any compliance, certification or audit requirements your procurement process must satisfy.
- Migration effort, rollout timeline and cutover plan.
- Contractual terms, including refund terms for enterprise custom editions, which are governed by the procurement contract signed by both parties.

How to start a private cloud deployment

- We come back with a volume quote, a deployment plan and a recommended configuration.
- Place the order. Quarterly billing is available for enterprise accounts.
- Units ship with the agent runtime preconfigured, and your named customer success manager handles onboarding and expansion.
